Considering how liberal New York is, I have to be a little surprised on all of the regulations on self-destructing behavior the city is instituting. It was a leader in the smoking ban craze that has hit our country, it banned trans fat and now there is a legal and illegal way to cross the street? Do we need to hold hands while we cross as well? What happened to people making stupid choices and paying for the consequences? I might be fined $100 because other people can't walk and talk at the same time. Give me a break.
